Tufted Hair Grass
This is an attractive, tufted grass to three feet tall and roughly as wide. It is evergreen except in the coldest climates, where it may turn attractive shades of brown in the coldest weather. Flowering spikes grow to four feet tall and are especially impressive when the plant is massed and grown where the wind can catch its flowering stems and create movement in the garden.
