Montbretia 'Solfatare'

These clump-forming perennials are grown for their funnel-shaped blooms. Flowers bloom summer through late spring on branched stems rising with upright sword-shaped leaves from a basal clump. This distinct variety has bronzy green foliage and apricot-yellow flowers rising slightly above the foliage. Plant in full sun along the coast and part shade inland.
