Cotoneaster glaucophyllus
This no-maintenance evergreen shrub slowly mounds to 3 feet with dense gracefully arching branches that go well in rock gardens, containers and above walls. The tiny dark green leaves are felted with grey hairs giving an overall greyish appearance. Small white flowers bloom in springtime followed by small red berries in the fall.
