Flowering Quince

 

Flowering quince is an easy to grow and virtually indestructible deciduous shrub that is tolerant of extreme heat and cold. 'Cameo' has a symmetric, rounded habit and thornless branches. It produces soft peach-pink, double flowers in early spring before foliage appears. and these may produce quince-like fruit. Use this plant as a low-growing hedge, barrier, or foundation shrub.
