Heartleaf Bergenia

This evergreen perennial lends strong textural quality to borders and makes a bold ground cover under trees and alongside ferns. Glossy heart-shaped leaves with wavy toothed margins are displayed in bold rosettes. Rose-pink flower clusters on flower stalks are lovely spring accents. Effective in shaded foreground plantings and borders. Best in light shade with moderate to little water.
