Kangaroo Paw w/ Red Flowers

Kangaroo Paw is an herbaceous, rhizomatous perennial with flat, dark green, strap-shaped leaves that fold at the midrib. The brilliantly colored flowers are tubular and often fuzzy. The unique flowers split lengthwise into 6 segments at the tip resembling "claws". 'Bush Sunset' is a tall Kangaroo Paw with dark red flowers and looks similar to 'Big Red', but has smaller flowers and more red hairs running down the stems.
