'Joe Hoak' is an attractive, small to medium-sized agave with gracefully arching foliage. The variegated leaves are finely striped with pale grey-green and cream in the center and outlined with a yellow and a dark green stripe. The small, widely spaced teeth along the margins and the 1/2 inch terminal spine are reddish brown. Looks great in containers or in the ground. Remove the suckers to highlight this plants beauty and form.
