Orange Hummingbird Mint (Giant Hyssop)

 

An erect herbaceous perennial that can reach 3 feet tall and spreading to 3 feet wide with arrowhead-shaped, olive-green leaves and golden orange tubular flowers that appear summer through fall. Grows best in full sun, but can grow in open shade, in well-draining soil. Fairly drought tolerant but looks best with some summer irrigation. A hybrid of Agastache coccinea and A. auriantica.
