Once your final landscaping design and pricing are established we will sign the contract, pull all permits necessary for your project, and get started building. Our team will have set deadlines, and meet them accordingly along the way until your project is done!
Most projects also require a landscape design. If you don’t already have one, we provide this service. The design fee is a starting rate of $750+. The design fee will be established at your first consultation based on what your design will require. Read more about our design process here.
Our landscape designs start at $750+ and can vary from there depending on the size and complexity of your project. Your consultant will be able to give you your design cost at your first consultation after taking a look at your outdoor space and talking with you about the things you are looking to add or change.
Rebate amounts vary depending on the water district you may belong to. Rebate amounts are subject to change based on availability at the time of rebate approval, therefore the estimated amount provided should not be construed as a guaranteed rebate amount.

After getting quotes from 7-10 contractors, we landed at PictureBuild & we are glad we did! The quote was one of the more competitive quotes and we ultimately connected well with Daniel, who initially came in and assessed the scope of work. The crew was here on the day they said they’d start working and early too! That was consistent throughout the 2.5 week project. Jorge was our Project Manager and was very communicative and thorough about asking us exactly what we wanted so there were no surprises. The only surprise was that we ended up having to pay ~15% more than the original quote due to addt’l grading + added concrete that wasn’t initially quoted. Max and his crew working the project were amazing! Super friendly, respectful, & detailed in their craft. We were legitimately sad they wouldn’t be over daily after the project was done. Kudos to that crew! All in all, the backyard turned out even better than we had imagined. The whole team was professional, respectful, and honest. I would absolutely recommend them.
